Sensei Sargeant & Sensei McGlone 10th-11th January

Sensei Sargeant and Sensei McGlone propose to hold a weekend ‘Start the Year’ seminar on 10th & 11th January 2009 in Poole, Dorset.

Sensei Sargeant and Sensei McGlone will also be holding dan grading and kyu grading tests at the seminar.

If you wish to put yourself forward for a test, please send your details to Sensei McGlone by 17th October. Include confirmation that you have your own teacher’s approval to take part in this test and state when and where you received your current grade.

For the kyu grade tests we will be issuing a list containing a selection of techniques from the syllabus which each candidate will be required to perform. You will be expected to work on these techniques in the weeks prior to the grading to ensure that you can perform them clearly and confidently. This information will be issued shortly after the 17th October.

For dan grade tests you may be asked for any techniques which are on the syllabus for your level.

We are giving advanced notice of the seminar and grading so that as many of you as possible will be able to attend the event. Please help us by replying by the above dates to Sensei McGlone (contact Jason if you need Sensei McGlone's e-mail address).
